Lloyds TSB Group Group IT Service Delivery is a certified organisation under the itSMF BS15000 Scheme. The certificate was issued on 6th January 2006by BSI.

The scope of the certificate:

The IT Service Delivery organisation which delivers end to end IT Services (Application and Infrastructure) to LloydsTSB Business Units as detailed in the Configuration Management Database (Service Catalogue). This includes all IT service management processes across the UK locations in which IT Service Delivery staff work.
