ISO/IEC 20000 Certification

Accredited Course Providers

An Accredited Course Provider (ACP) is an organisation accredited by itSMF to provide training in accordance with the itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Scheme.

The process for becoming an ACP and the regulations governing ACPs are documented in a separate document - Rules and Regulations for Accredited Course Providers.

Accreditation is granted for a period of three years.

As part of its ongoing quality process, itSMF will review results achieved by individual ACPs and initiate corrective action where required. ACPs will also be subject to regular audits - as a minimum every 2 years.

An ACP is authorised to:

  • Operate a schedule of accredited training courses leading to one or more of the ISO/IEC 20000 Certificates
  • Use the itSMF trade mark in its accredited course marketing material. Note that permission to use itSMF trademarks and logos is subject to a formal agreement between the ACP and the itSMF
  • Request examination papers from the itSMF and host the sitting of exams according to the
regulations

Current ACPs

The following organisations are currently accredited to offer training courses leading to one or both of the qualifications. Organisations are not restricted by geography and many of these organisations can offer courses across the globe.
