ISO/IEC 20000 CertificationAccredited Course ProvidersAn Accredited Course Provider (ACP) is an organisation accredited by itSMF to provide training in accordance with the itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Scheme. The process for becoming an ACP and the regulations governing ACPs are documented in a separate document - Rules and Regulations for Accredited Course Providers. Accreditation is granted for a period of three years. As part of its ongoing quality process, itSMF will review results achieved by individual ACPs and initiate corrective action where required. ACPs will also be subject to regular audits - as a minimum every 2 years. An ACP is authorised to:
Current ACPs The following organisations are currently accredited to offer training courses leading to one or both of the qualifications. Organisations are not restricted by geography and many of these organisations can offer courses across the globe.
