The scope of the certificate:

The IT service management system that covers the provision of IT infrastructure services to Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) commercial customers from its service centres at Dallas, Pittsburgh, Blythewood, Eagan, Monterrey (Mexico) and Bangalore. This is in accordance with the ACS IT Service Management Plan.
