The scope of certification is:

The IT Service Management System that covers the provision of "The integration, delivery and maintenance of end-to-end IT infrastructure services (Computer and Network Operations) from within the boundaries of EDS ITO Netherlands". This is in accordance with the EDS service catalogue and includes all IT service management processes and the management control of the interfaces that support them.
