Dear All

Please be advised that the itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification scheme will be partially closed from 18/12 to 27/12.

Those ACPs wishing to place and receive examinations during the above dates, are advised that no requests for dispatch of examination materials will be dealt with during this period. Examination requests received after the above dates will be processed as normal for dispatch in the New Year.

The itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 scheme is still in operation and those persons wishing to gain information and advice should contact the itSMF:
